Regulations Amending the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations (Marine Provisions) were published in Part II of the Canada Gazette on December 13, 2017.

To help stakeholders better understand the regulatory changes, Transport Canada provided answers to some of the frequently asked questions (FAQs). A number of the FAQs are about the transportation of propane in highway tanks on board passenger carrying vessels.
