BC: TSBC Seeking Industry Comments on Draft Directive

Technical Safety BC (TSBC) is seeking industry review and comments on Draft Information Directive Compliance & Enforcement Program – Maintenance & Use of Gas Appliance Records.

This information directive details the regulatory requirements for dealers to maintain records involving the sale of gas regulated products. Under Safety Standards Act s.18, safety officers can request records from a dealer, including records that are required to be maintained under s.33 of the Gas Safety Regulation.

Interested members can forward their comments to Darren Cunningham at darrencunningham@propane.ca by Monday, July 16, 2018 to be included in any response to TSBC.
