ON: CPA responds to Cap and Trade Cancellation Act

On October 11, 2018, the CPA put forth, on behalf of the propane industry, a submission to the Ontario government on its proposed Cap and Trade Cancellation Act, 2018 (EBR Registry Number 013-3738).

The Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks will consider the CPA's proposed recommendations, which included the industry's participation in the development of new emissions policies, before making its decision. The CPA submission can be found on The Grid.
