Transport Canada (TC) is requesting any facility working directly with the rail industry to review and provide feedback on the Security Awareness Training and Security Plan Training documents. Note that these requirements come into force for railway loaders in May 2020.

The CPA will work with members to provide necessary feedback. Please submit your comments by March 9, 2020 to Vice-President, Regulatory Affairs & Safety Robert Loenhart at robertloenhart@propane.ca.
