Transportation of Dangerous Goods now available on Department of Justice website

Transport Canada has released Regulations Amending the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations (Formatting Changes) in the Canada Gazette. This new location came into force on February 19, 2020.

The release provides an updated format of the Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) regulations to ensure a consistent format in line with the Department of Justice standards for formatting. This change is in format only and did not introduce any new requirements. These formatting changes were made to provide an official version of the TDG Regulations on the Justice Laws Website for easier access.

The CPA recommends members review this document to remain familiar with any measures applicable to their facilities.
