UPDATE: Transport Canada extends deadline for railway loader security requirements

Transport Canada sent out a notification on March 20, 2020, extending the deadline for industry to provide security plans for railway loaders. The original deadline was set for May 6 but TC has indicated they will not be requesting information on security plans until early July 2020 (date to be confirmed).

TC will be providing information on how to submit your security plan electronically through a Transport Canada secure portal in the coming months.
