CPA’s Vice-President of Regulatory Affairs and Safety Robert Loenhart has been approached to provide input on a number of committees and advisory groups. The newest addition includes the Canadian Standards Association’s Propane Autogas Technical Committee, a north American-based committee attempting to harmonize regulations between the U.S. and Canada. He is also now participating on the Propane Autogas Advisory Council, a Canadian based council that examines all regulatory requirements for the propane motive fuel industry.

Loenhart also continues to participate as a member to the General Policy Advisory Committee on the Transportation of Dangerous Goods, the Multi-Association Committee on the Transportation of Goods, the CGSB (Canadian General Standards Board) Committee, as well as the Technical Committee on the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Competencies, Rail (Tank Cars) for Ton Containers and the B401 LPG Maintenance Facilities sub-committee.
