QC: 25% of workers can return to the office, gatherings increase to 250

The Quebec government is now allowing private-sector employers whose employees were working at home to have up to a maximum of 25% of their staff return to work. It should be noted that the rate is a maximum, not an objective to be attained. Gatherings in public locations have increased to 250 (read more on gathering limitations across Canada here).
