REMINDER – Are you compliant with TDG by Rail Security Regulations for railway loaders?

This is a reminder that the following requirements under the Transportation of Dangerous Goods by Rail Security Regulations for railway loaders are now required to be in place:

Development and implementation of a security plan;
Development of security plan training; and
Security awareness training.

Please note that these requirements are based on the type of dangerous goods that railway loaders handle or offer for transport. For more information on the requirements and implementation of the regulations, please visit the Transport Canada website.
