As a result of the CPA’s effort to get an extension, we are pleased to announce that Transport Canada is extending the temporary certificates for suspension of training and inspections to January 31, 2021

The following temporary certificates have been renewed until January 31, 2021 (or the day they are cancelled in writing by the Minister of Transport):

Transport Canada temporary certificates were put in place to allow industry to forgo certain training and inspection requirements that were difficult to achieve due to COVID-19 challenges.

The CPA’s Transportation of Dangerous Goods – Propane/LPG Specific – 100-03 course is now fully online, including the exam. And since there is no practical evaluation required, employees can easily get recertified with our online training package

Trainers, to order your exam, please follow these steps:

Step 1:
Order directly online here: https://propane.propane.ca/login.

Step 2:
Ask your trainees to create their PTI Profile here to obtain their PTI Student ID#.

Step 3:
Send the access keys for the online course to your trainees which are on your invoice.

Step 4:
Create your classroom here: https://e-propane.ca/login/index.php.

Step 5:
Once your trainees have completed the training, send them one access key for the exam. Once the exam is finished, your role is complete. The PTI will receive the results and will issue their certificates digitally.

Certificates will be available in their profile and in yours.
