PEI: Temporary post circuit breaker holiday measures in place until January 25

Effective January 6, 2021, the temporary post circuit breaker holiday measures are in place; these measures are expected to be in place until January 25, 2021.

All businesses, services and organizations, as well as organizers of organized gatherings, are required to have measures in place to mitigate transmission of COVID-19 and to develop and follow an operational plan detailing those measures.

PEI’s participation in the Atlantic Bubble will remain suspended until at least January 25, 2021.

  • Personal gatherings of a household and up to ten (10) additional individuals indoors or outdoors; these individuals should be as consistent as possible and physical distancing maintained as best possible
  • Public services should be available in-person, phone, virtual, delivery or pick-up
  • Post-secondary education and training through online and/or in-person learning with public health measures in place
