The Quebec government has announced a draft regulation regarding the content of renewable fuels blended with gasoline and diesel. The regulation aims to ensure blended levels of 15% renewables in gasoline and 10% renewables in diesel by 2030. While the regulation seeks to augment renewable usage in gasoline and diesel specifically, it is also designed to increase the levels of biofuels produced in Quebec by 50% and reduce the use of petroleum products by 40% in the province by 2030.
