NEW – QC: Request for information for a market study from the Régie du Bâtiment du Québec

Early in August, the Régie du Bâtiment du Québec (RBQ) received an access to information request to provide to a third party, the information they have on propane companies and their facilities in Québec. RBQ specifies that the information is for a market study.

Important: As a propane industry member, you must inform the RBQ within the period indicated on the letter you received, either your acceptance or your refusal to transmit your data to a third party.

If you do not respond, the RBQ will consider that you agree to the release of your data for the purpose of the study.
