REMINDER – ON: Hazardous and Special Products producer registration

Producers are required to register with RPRA on or before November 30, 2021. While historical data is not required of Category “E” refillable Propane, if you are producing other products outside of the category, you would need to also follow the obligations for those other products.

Producers must complete this Registration Form and email it as an attachment to registry@rpra.ca. 

They are also required to pay their 2021 Registry fee at the time of registration. 

An entity is considered a producer under the HSP Regulation if they supply refillable propane containers, or other HSP products.
