In May 2020, Technical Safety BC identified members to review the TSBC B149 Gas Code.
Details on the review will be outlined during the initial meeting scheduled for late June. The Advisory Group will continue to operate throughout July, August and beyond in order to conduct a full review of any edits made on the new version.
The CPA has been included in this review process with Vice-President of Regulatory Affairs and Safety Robert Loenhart identified as a sitting member of the advisory group.
This review is a regular process for cyclical review of government code requirements.
Anyone with concerns regarding the current language in the BC B149 code should contact Robert Loenheart at robertloenhart@propane.ca to have them brought forward in the revision process.
