REMINDER – ON: November 30 deadline approaches to report agricultural boilers and pressure vessels

Agricultural owners and operators have less than one week to produce a report on existing boiler and pressure vessel (BPV) equipment to Ontario’s Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA).

In response to stakeholder input, on October 1, 2021, TSSA gave agricultural owners and operators until November 30 to produce a report on their BPV equipment.

TSSA says it needs this basic information to conduct a site risk assessment and establish a priority list for scheduling of inspections.
