NEW – Federal: Improve your cyber security - free webinar March 30

Transport Canada, in partnership with the Canadian Centre for Cyber Security and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, will host a webinar on ransomware for stakeholders working in transport and infrastructure safety and security.

The free event will be held on Wednesday, March 30, 2022, from 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm EDT, on Microsoft Teams.

Experts will present on the following topics:

• The cyber threat environment from a transportation perspective with a focus on ransomware;
• An overview of the Canadian Centre for Cyber Security’s services and ransomware playbook;
• The RCMP’s approach to cybercrime; and
• Cyber security and resiliency lessons learned from a transportation stakeholder 

Participants will be able to ask questions and have informative discussions with officials from Transport Canada, the Canadian Centre for Cyber Security and the RCMP.
