After discussions with the TSSA, the Canadian Propane Association (CPA) is pleased to inform Ontario members that the TSSA is open to providing a transition period to companies that would experience undue hardship if immediate compliance was imposed to the new propane (FS-224-17) and gaseous fuels (FS-225-17) Code Adoption Document Amendments, which included the adoption of CSA B149.2-15 and came into effect July 1, 2017.

Having consulted with emitters that are required to submit GHG Reports under the Quantification, Reporting, and Verification of Greenhouse Gas Emissions Regulation (QRV Regulation), Nova Scotia Environment recognises some emitters may require additional time to prepare and submit 2018 GHG Reports.
