Join us on February 1 at noon EST as we release the results of our 10th sector research study, Looking Forward Impact. This is the association sector's leading environmental scan of the association strategy environment. Dean West, President of Association Laboratory, will provide his annual interpretation of the results, we'll get impressions from a panel of leading association executives, and everyone gets an executive summary of the results.

Director, Marketing & Member Engagement | Construction Suppliers Association
Metro Atlanta area. The Construction Suppliers Association (CSA) seeks a dynamic individual to serve in the newly created role of Director of Member Engagement & Marketing. This is a frontline, member-facing position responsible for developing relationships with our members to understand their needs and how CSA can meet those needs and bring value. The qualified candidate will be responsible for recruiting new members, retaining existing members, fostering member engagement, and developing marketing materials. This position reports to the President and works closely with the CSA Board of Directors. Responsibilities include: Develop and execute a strategic plan for sustained membership growth, retention and engagement; Create programming to stimulate member engagement; Identify opportunities to enhance member benefits and services; Create, promote, and market sponsorship and advertising opportunities; Oversee all membership data, tracking and reporting, and member experience; Develop and execute a marketing strategy; Maintain CSA website and socials, Coordinate content and produce monthly e-newsletter; Create membership and event collateral. Required Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of marketing, membership, and/or sales experience. Ability to work successfully in a small team environment. Exceptional problem-solver with highly developed interpersonal, networking, and rapport building traits. Highly competent in the use of technology, including Microsoft Office, Canva, Zoom, databases, and social media.
Director of Member Engagement | ACEC Georgia
Atlanta, Georgia. ACEC Georgia is looking for a Director of Member Engagement who is friendly, energetic, positive, organized, detail-oriented, and works well within a collaborative team. If you're a people-person and self-starter who would enjoy regularly engaging with our members, you'd be a good fit. You should also be comfortable selling event sponsorships, memberships, and magazine advertising. In this role, you'll be responsible for serving as the primary point-of-contact for our member companies. You''ll be focused on developing relationships and obtaining a deep understanding of what brings value to our members, what they need from us, and what we can do to benefit and promote them and their firms. The qualified candidate will also be responsible for recruiting new member firms, selling event sponsorships, and selling advertising in Engineering Georgia magazine, our statewide publication with a hard copy circulation of 10,000 individuals. In addition, you'll be directly responsible for managing some small-scale events, as well as managing the vendors and contractors responsible for event planning services for our larger events. Desired Qualifications: Membership, sponsorship, and/or advertising sales experience preferred. Event planning experience preferred.
Communications Manager | Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants
Hybrid/Remote; headquarters office in Alexandria, Virginia. The Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA) employs a professional staff committed to advancing the Dermatology PA profession through innovative educational offerings, outstanding conferences, and collaboration efforts with passionate members. SDPA seeks a talented, dynamic Communications Manager who is a team player interested in working to advance the SDPA's marketing and communications agenda. The Communications Manager will create and implement content to engage with and influence the 4,700+ members, stakeholders, and other relevant external audiences. The Communications Manager will report to the Director of Communications. This role will collaborate with all levels of staff within the SDPA, across all departments and disciplines, working with subject matter experts to dissect technical information and create the Dermatology Physician Assistant narrative. Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a field directly related to communications, media, journalism, public policy and/or public affairs. 5+ years of experience in a related role/field required. Ability to travel (10%), including occasional work/travel over weekends.
