Mark Adams Named President & CEO of Gatlinburg CVB

As a part of an organization expansion, the Gatlinburg Convention & Visitors Bureau’s Board of Directors announced that it has hired Mark Adams as President and Chief Executive Officer of the GCVB effective September 6. Mark brings more than 30 years of relevant industry experience to his new role having previously served as Director of Sales at the Georgia World Congress Center Authority, the fourth largest convention center in the country. The creation of this position, among others, is part of an effort to enhance the organization’s executive staff and commitment to bringing even more visitors and groups to the City and to the Gatlinburg Convention Center.
