The research tests more than 60 different environmental factors and 50 potential implications on association strategy with input from association chief staff officers and senior staff from local, state, national and international trade and professional associations. These factors relate to the economy, the information environment and changes in the relationship of associations to state and federal government, as well as highlights factors important to workforce and global issues.
