Boy Scouts Salute Mike Giles for Community Efforts

The Boy Scouts of America’s Northeast Georgia Council recently recognized Mike Giles, President, Georgia Poultry Federation, at its annual Gainesville American Values Dinner. He, along with two other Gainesville/Hall County men, was awarded the Ralph Cleveland Distinguished Citizen Award. Abit Massey, CAE spoke in recognition of Giles and his work for the poultry industry and all agriculture in the state, saying he has "gone far beyond what is expected of a person in his position. He’s done a superb job in all capacities" and "he lives the scout law and the scout motto."
