There has been a lot of member engagement studies out there over the past few years, so we wanted to do something a little different. We surveyed both professional member organizations and members to better understand how the attitudes, values, and preferences of members align or diverge with what professional membership organizations think. A lot of interesting findings, particularly around the benefits members value vs. what organizations think they value.
