Matt joined the Creature Comforts team in September 2017 as its new Director of Community & Culture. He is no stranger to Athens, however. He's lived there during 4 different seasons of his life, including years as an undergraduate and a grad student, earning his MPA in Nonprofit Management in 2014. Prior to a career in craft beer, Matt worked for 6 years as UGA Costa Rica's Associate Director, and more recently as Athens Church's Director of Stewardship, helping to lead its Be Rich outreach campaign, which in many ways prefigured Creature Comforts' flagship community impact program known as Get Comfortable; watch their video here. |
