Over the past six years the Virtual Association Network (VAN), a grassroots 501c3 organization dedicated to assisting individuals and associations thrive in a virtual/remote working environment (www.virtualassociationnetwork.org), has administered periodic benchmarking surveys addressing a wide array of specific operational issues associated with a virtual workforce.
Your organization does not need to be operating 100% virtually to benefit from this survey. We anticipate there will be valuable lessons learned if half, 25% or even 10% of your workforce works remotely most or all of the time.
