Designed by young professionals for young professionals, Leadership AGC will ensure that the greater Houston commercial construction industry is well represented in the future in key leadership positions, both inside and outside the industry.
This program will provide a forum for and increase the awareness of potential AGC leaders by giving them an intensive experience that encompasses a broad scope of community and industry concerns.
The Leadership AGC experience consists of eight educational sessions. Beginning in September 2014 and ending in May 2015, each session focuses on an integral aspect of the commercial construction industry specific to Houston and the surrounding region.
What are the benefits?
In addition to learning specific leadership and management skills, participants will broaden their exposure to the community, meet with their industry peers and establish lasting contacts to expand their professional networks.
