Satterfield & Pontikes Construction, Inc. Awarded Lone Star College-Cy-Fair Campus

The Lone Star College System selected Satterfield & Pontikes Construction, Inc., to build additional learning spaces at the LSC-Cy-Fair campus to address campus-growth needs and the area’s shortage of skilled workers. Satterfield & Pontikes Construction, Inc. will provide construction manager at risk services as part of phase I of the 2015 General Obligation Bond program.
Satterfield & Pontikes Construction, Inc. will construct a new 50,000-square-foot Information Technology & Visual Communications Satellite Center, which will include classroom space with high-level computing infrastructure, and a 5,000-square-foot lab addition for the LSC-Cypress Center Workforce Education Facilities. The company will also provide BIM-based preconstruction services to include project budgets, management plans, design phase cost planning and construction documents.
