AGC Houston Awards $45,000 In Scholarship Funds

The program also recognized 14 university students who received an AGC of America scholarship and honored Carlos Escheverria, Superintendent with Anslow Bryant Construction, LP, with the 2017 Standard of Excellence award. The award recognizes a construction industry employee who most exemplifies the highest standards of excellence: commitment to quality, customer service, cooperation, teamwork and professionalism.
To conclude the awards program, 14 Leadership Class of 2017 participants were recognized for having completed the eight-month program. Earmarked as up-and-coming leaders within their companies, these professionals met monthly with Leadership Class of 2015 facilitators to hone their leadership skills, learn about AGC Houston’s history, its legislative impact, including its role in the business community and in the a/e/c industry.
