AGC Members Earn Top Outstanding Construction Awards

Congratulations to Linbeck Group, LLC, Vaughn Construction, MLN Company and Walker Engineering for winning AGC Texas Building Branch Outstanding Construction Awards. The awards were presented on June 20, 2017 at the AGC TBB Convention at the Coeur D'Alene Resort in Idaho. AGC Houston received a record 40 entries this year. Selected projects competed with other AGC Chapter entries statewide.
The following projects and companies won:

- Building 5 ($30-$75M) - Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences - Vaughn Construction
- Building 6 (Over $75M) - George R. Brown Convention Center Improvements - Vaughn Construction
- Healthcare 3 (Over $30M) - Houston Methodist Outpatient Center - Linbeck Group, LLC
- Electrical 3 (Over $10M) - Marriott Marquis Houston - Walker Engineering
- Mechanical 1 (Up To $5M) - Johnson Space Center Independence Plaza - MLN Company
