The new 36,000-square-foot building will be the first phase of the master plan on the parish’s property along FM 1093 east of Fulshear near the Cross Creek Ranch Community. Brookstone will be working with Jackson and Ryan Architects. Construction is scheduled to begin in the fall of 2015.
