Mayor Turner And Rep. Jim Murphy Speak To AGC Houston PAC

The AGC Houston Political Action Committee and Government Affairs Committee hosted an advocacy breakfast on Tuesday, April 26 with special guests Mayor Sylvester Turner, Representative Jim Murphy, District 133 and Corbin Van Arsdale, Texas Building Branch. The event featured an overview of the TBB legislative issues at hand, the current state of affairs, some of the current bills being discussed in House and State committees and Mayor Turner's first four months in office.

AGC Houston deeply appreciates Mayor Turner coming out this morning and informing the group of the enormous work the city and counties are doing to recover from last week's floods. Turner spoke of the "good work citizens and public servants are doing under some very difficult circumstances."
