The Chair of the Porter Hedges Construction Section, David Peden, was appointed to the Standards Committee by the Chair of the Construction Law Section for the State Bar of Texas. Along with ten other active members, David has been instrumental in bringing this exam to Texas.
Amy Wolfshohl is a partner in the litigation and construction practice groups at Porter Hedges. She represents businesses in commercial disputes in state and federal court as well as arbitration. Before practicing law, Amy was a project engineer for general contractors in Texas and California. She received her JD from the University of Houston Law Center and graduated first in her class from the College of Architecture at Texas A&M University.
Sean McChristian is an associate in the construction section at Porter Hedges. He represents subcontractors, contractors and owners in a variety of construction cases. Sean has experience with a range of industries and sectors including construction, energy, manufacturing, commercial real estate, multifamily housing, and technology. Sean received his JD from South Texas College of Law and his BA from the University of Texas at Austin.
