S&P Promotes John Marshall to Senior Vice PresidentSatterfield & Pontikes Construction, Inc.(S&P) has promoted John Marshall to Senior Vice President. In this role, he will continue to lead the company’s Education portfolio and provide oversight to all of S&P’s Centers of Excellence. In addition to Education, the company’s Centers of Excellence (COE) include Aviation, Healthcare, Mission Critical and Multi-Family. Marshall will work closely with S&P’s COE leaders to align market intelligence, client management, strategic alliances and community involvement. “John is an acknowledged expert in education construction, with an excellent reputation for collaboration that ensures certainty of delivery within expected timeframes and budgets,” said S&P President Clay E. Morel. “His industry knowledge, technical skills and expertise in marketing make him the ideal person on our senior leadership team to work across all sectors of our business. We consider John to be instrumental in the future growth of our company.” Prior to joining S&P in 2002, John was a global director for the Fluor Corporation, where he also headed a strategically important pilot study of world-class business and competitive intelligence development. Before that, he was a staff member for the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Rules.
