Counties include Austin, Brazoria, Brazos, Chambers, Colorado, Fort Bend, Freestone, Galveston, Grimes, Harris, Houston, Leon, Madison, Matagorda, Montgomery, Polk, Robertson, San Jacinto, Trinity, Walker, Waller, Washington, Wharton, and the west half of Liberty. AGC Houston Hosts Safety Committee Meeting There was a full house at the AGC Houston Safety Committee meeting on April 25th! Attendees received an OSHA update, heard from DEWALT about their new ergonomic line of concrete tools, learned about mental health in the workforce from the National Alliance on Mental Health (NAMI), received advice from Hendershot Cowart P.C. on managing OSHA inspections in the new era of enforcement, heard from Anthony "Tony" Stergio of Andrews Myers, P.C. on managing responsibilities as an employer regarding temporary workers, and received event updates for the annual Safety Stand-Down campaign, Fall Prevention Alliance, and the Midyear Safety Meeting.
