Its been three years since we have been in Vancouver, and this year’s Vancouver program is bigger and better. It includes an expanded Helicopter Safety Forum, where we will devote 1 ½ days to a discussion of Helicopter Safety, and we will include a number of internationally-renowned speakers – including Scott Shappell of Embry Riddle University, and Gretchen Haskins of Heli-Offshore, to name only a couple. The program will also include our traditional discussion with Transport Canada’s senior-most management, and dialogue on the means to address our HR shortage.
