A Winkler woman has been awarded more than $36,000 after the Human Rights Commission investigated her claims to having been sexually harassed by her boss, the owner of a UPS franchise. Following the investigation, the case was referred to a government appointed adjudicator who proceeded to award her with compensation for exemplary damages, injury to her dignity, feelings and self respect and lost wages..
