The National Knowledge Exam (NKE) is a formal step towards achieving the CPHR designation. There are three VPE intakes per year. The next submission deadline is September 15, 2017. Applications for the 2017-2018 Professional Mentorship Program are now being accepted! The program provides an opportunity for HR professionals to grow personally and professionally through a collaborative partnership. Mentees and Mentors are paired based on common expertise and goals, providing a developmental opportunity for both parties. The program runs from September - April, including a kick-off event, wrap-up event and facilitation throughout by CPHR Manitoba. The Hiring Confidence Index, which results from CPHR Manitoba's semi-annual Manitoba HR Trends survey that was conducted this past spring, measures how Manitoba employers feel about hiring over the next six months.
