The Dragon Foundation and the Institute of International Education cordially invite you to attend a mini forum and reception to launch: The Dragon Foundation’s 2012 Global Citizenship Programme in New York. The Global Citizenship Programme brings together 30 outstanding students from Hong Kong to explore this year’s theme, "Understanding of Conflicts in a Global Perspective." Through interactive presentations, site visits, and a group project, students will develop leadership skills with a specific emphasis on creativity, innovation, and community leadership.

George Mason University
Dr. Bartoli has been at George Mason University since 2007 and is the Founding Director of Columbia University’s Center for International Conflict Resolution (CICR), a Senior Research Scholar at the School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA), and a Teaching Fellow at Georgetown University and the University of Siena.
