Centroamérica Adelante is an innovative leadership development program that supports influential leaders driving change in El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua. Founded by Seattle International Foundation (SIF), in partnership with the Institute of International Education (IIE), Centroamérica Adelante identifies, trains, and connects Central American leaders working on social change issues. The yearlong program provides fellows with specific skills training, mentorship, and peer-to-peer learning, as well as the chance to travel and build their network of supporters and contacts. These leaders are brought together as a regional cohort to deepen their impact and become a stronger voice for social change in Central America. One hundred fellows will be chosen to participate in the 2015-2016 cohort.
