In the recent IIENetworker magazine, Fulbright Campus Liaison Daris Hale writes about Texas State University’s Academic Affairs Policy and procedures, which provides an example of the way in which an institution promotes global research collaboration and teaching abroad through policies that protect faculty benefits and salary.
