The Observatory on Borderless Higher Education (OBHE) will run a conference in London on November 3, 2011, entitled Adapting to Disruptive Times: Emerging Models for HE Provision. The objectives of the conference include: exploring the technological, international, and socioeconomic challenges to traditional higher education; debating the extent to which these challenges necessitate structural change within institutions; and considering how universities and private providers are responding.
