Hong Kong Sees Surge of International Students

An article in Minnesota Daily reports that higher education institutions in Hong Kong have witnessed a significant increase in foreign applicants over the past year. Many of these foreign applicants have come from neighboring Asian countries, largely because of the potential for increased job opportunities after graduation.
