The Institute of International Education (IIE) is pleased to announce the competition is now open for organizations interested in delivering 2013-14 Fulbright Visiting Scholar enrichment seminars.
During the 2013-14 academic year, up to four enrichment seminars, each focusing on a topic of and hosting up to 75 Fulbright Visiting Scholars, will be held in cities throughout the United States. We are currently inviting organizations to submit proposals to coordinate and deliver one of these seminars. The Fulbright Visiting Scholar enrichment seminars are sponsored by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) as part of the Fulbright Scholar Program.
Previous seminar topics have included: "Human Rights and the Global Democracy Movement," "Public Health Issues – Global Health," "Social Entrepreneurship: Doing Well by Doing Good," "Valuing Diversity and Resolving Conflict," and a variety of other topics of global importance.
If you are interested in learning more about the program or how your organization can submit a proposal, please review the Request for Proposal for Visiting Scholar Enrichment Seminars and the Seminar Budget Template.
