The International Conference on Transnational Education and Learning
(ICTEL) offers an engaging opportunity for the discussion and presentation of trends, opportunities and challenges in transnational education and learning. The purpose of ICTEL is to provide scholars, administrators and other practitioners with an academic forum that fosters sharing and collaboration to discuss frameworks that will contribute to changing policies and enriching the literature and practices on transnational education and learning worldwide.
The program will consist primarily of presentations selected through this call for proposals.
Topics can be on any subject that can help frame the state of transnational education and learning. Broad categories that are acceptable include:
- Concepts and theories
- Policies and legal frameworks
- Practices
- Transnational education and information technologies
- Transnational learning
- Evaluation and Quality Assessment
- Transnational education and fields of specialization
- Challenges and opportunities
