Global Internship Program Combats Youth Unemployment

The program aims to increase the employability of youth in the manufacturing sector and to increase the pool of talent available to small- and medium-sized manufacturing companies. "Sixteen to 24 are the prime years when people would receive the training and experience to become productive, well-established citizens," writes Justian.
