The Hong Kong Polytechnic University has just announced that they have won the Erasmus Mundus bid for the second year running from the European Commission. The Erasmus Mundus Mobility Programme is a large-scale global scholarly exchange initiative to enhance the quality of higher education and to promote dialogue and understanding between people and cultures through mobility and academic cooperation.
Spearheaded by the Faculty of Humanities, with the collaboration of twelve higher education institutions across Europe and South East Asia, the project "MULTI" is the first and only Erasmus Mundus mobility program offered to postgraduate students and academic staff members in South East Asia and Hong Kong.
