Article: Iraqi Universities Reach a Crossroads

An article in the Chronicle of Higher Education recounts the challenges and opportunities that higher education institutions in Iraq have faced over the past several years. In particular, institutions in Iraq are increasingly open to forming partnerships with those overseas. Jim Miller, the Executive Director of the Scholar Rescue Fund, argued: "There is more openness [in Iraq] to other countries, more interest in training programs."
