The British Council’s flagship higher education conference, Going Global, will take place in Dubai on March 4-6, 2013, with the theme "Global Education: Knowledge-based Economies for 21st Century Nations." The conference brings together more than 1,000 international higher education leaders from over 80 countries. The deadline for paper proposal submissions is September 17, 2012.
