The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) has issued a new report that identifies factors, instruments, approaches and reference points that have an impact on, or are affected by, internationalization. The report concludes with pointers for what governments can do to promote and support internationalization, and what higher education institutions can do to manage internationalization more effectively.
