Internationalization is a central strategic goal for Finnish higher education institutions. An international evaluation team set up by the Finnish Higher Education Evaluation Council has published An Evaluation of International Degree Programmes in Finland. It gives an overall picture of the state of matters in Finnish international degree programs and analyze their strengths and weaknesses.
